When will my order ship?
Orders are processed generally within 2-3 weeks as all items are made to order. Processing times may take longer during sales, but you can always find our current times on the announcement header at the top of all pages on our website.
We are unable to accept international orders with the exception of Canada and Australia. If you are from the EU or other country, please order from our Etsy.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped, so please make sure you enter the correct email and address before checking out.
Can I combine orders?
Domestic orders can be combined as long as you email or message me ASAP. Unfortunately, I cannot combine international orders due to customs.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, requests must be submitted within 24 hours. After that time period, your order will go into production and cannot be cancelled.
Can I change my address?
Please double check if your address is correct before placing your order. If it is incorrect, please send me an email ASAP at email@example.com with your order number and updated address.
Late or Lost packages
Delayed: If your tracking shows "arriving late" there is a very good chance it will arrive. If tracking hasn't updated in 2 weeks or it is not delivered, please contact us.
Lost mail: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, we encourage you to contact or visit your local post office first to see if they can track it.
There is a limit of one PR freebie per order. Please write the name of the PR member in the notes section at the checkout. If you write multiple names, I will select one at random.
Shipment Delays Due to COVID-19
The USPS is currently experiencing shipping delays for both domestic and international orders. For domestic orders, it may take a few days longer to be delivered, but they usually arrive on time. For international orders, please make sure that your country is still receiving mail from the US prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for any delays or disruptions in shipping. You may find more information about delays on the USPS website. Please be patient!
