Shipment Delays Due to COVID-19
The USPS is currently experiencing shipping delays for both domestic and international orders. For domestic orders, it may take a few days longer to be delivered, but they usually arrive on time. For international orders, please make sure that your country is still receiving mail from the US prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for any delays or disruptions in shipping. You may find more information about delays on the USPS website. Please be patient!
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1-2 weeks as all items are made to order. Processing times may take longer during sales, but you can always find our current times on the announcement header at the top of all pages on our website.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped, so please make sure you enter the correct email and address before checking out.
Can I combine orders?
At this time, I am no longer allowing orders to be combined.
Can I cancel my order?
When there is a sale, I do not do cancellations. If your address is incorrect, I can manually edit your address, so please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and updated address.
My tracking has not updated, what should I do?
I am no longer in control of your order once it is in the USPS system. Please consider any delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have any issues with your tracking status, please contact USPS as they can assist you. If tracking has not updated in 2 weeks for domestic orders, or 30 days for international orders, please contact us to see what accommodations can be made.
There is a limit of one PR freebie per order. Please write the name of the PR member in the notes section at the checkout. If you write multiple names, I will select one at random.
I do not take responsibility for buyer’s customs fees and other taxes on their order. Please understand your country’s customs regulations and be prepared to pay if necessary.
